"We were on a cycle tour and we left our bikes locked up safely in the entrance way. Our room was very comfortable, we stayed in the Curiosities room. "The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What more can you ask of a hotel and the people that run it? Thank you, Silvie, and all your staff. Jon and Jo Anne"

"We had a fabulous family holiday in this property. Very well equipped, outside kitchen was a dream and a particular bonus with small children who could be supervised easily. Hèléne, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property."

"Très belle maison, très propre, fonctionnelle et offrant suffisamment d’espace pour tout le monde.Je pense qu’il y a encore quelques aménagements prévus du côté de la piscine. La table de ping-pong pourrait peut-être être rapprochée, et une terrasse à la place des graviers côté cuisine serait également un vrai plus.Une plancha électrique pourrait aussi être une bonne idée pour éviter d’être bloqué par les alertes incendie, qui empêchent de faire des barbecues. Étant donné la proximité d’un massif forestier, ces alertes risquent malheureusement d’être de plus en plus fréquentes ces prochaines années.Voilà, ce ne sont que quelques petits détails qui n’enlèvent absolument rien à la qualité du lieu et de l’hébergement."

"This is the best place that I have ever stayed in. It’s truly magnificent. Historic, luxurious, serene and romantic. The staff were impeccable. The food was stunning. The grounds and amenities are second to none. Get a room in the main chateau if you can, they are absolutely fabulous. I cannot say enough great things about this property."

"This hotel is lovely. It was clean throughout, the pool was open and available, parking outside at the front was plentiful and the flower troughs along the front were beautiful. Communication with Stephane was easy and he offered to allow us access before 6pm, which we didn’t take advantage of in the end. His phone number is clearly visible on the front door if the hotel is unmanned. The food in the restaurant was top quality and the service was excellent. We would have no reservation in recommending this hotel to others."
