"Rug was shabby in room and needed a complete cleaning throughout the hotel. I needed to use a cane and the walk was very long from our room to the dining area. No elevator. Wish I had known the layout of hotel so I could have booked a room closer to amenities. Did not use pool.

"The hotel itself is decent for a quick stay in a rural town. The downside though, is waking up to a live bed bug in the bed. I was mortified. The hotel staff did respond swiftly and professionally. They helped me clothes. I threw out the pajamas I wore that night. Of course my main concern is bringing any home. I’m hoping to get the refund they promised me.
