"I was in town for an art workshop and this place was perfect. I walked to restaurants and explored the charming little town. It was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. It has a nice industrial vibe while still being cozy and comfortable. Works well for two or more quests with large bedrooms and separate baths. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Our group of 12 included 4 generations for a girls' weekend celebrating my mother's 98th birthday. The bed layout worked great for our group. The living space and kitchen area space was good also. There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. With my mother being elderly, we are more conscious of handicap accessibility. Grab bars in the bathrooms would have been a nice addition, but we managed. This was not presented as handicap access, so we had not expected those kinds of accommodations. It in no way interfered with us having a very enjoyable weekend. If all goes well, we would definitely consider a do-over here for her 99th. "

"Our stay was good. However, we could not use the air hockey table because it was damaged. The knob for the shower in the master bath kept falling off & neighbors dog ran off with a very expensive sandal & I was not able to locate it. I went to the neighbor’s house & still could not find it. My husband witnessed the dog taking it but could not locate the dog since it was night. This was the neighbor 2 houses down from this property. You may need to list on the ad to not leave items outside. Other than that, the stay was great. Would like to rent it again in the future. "

"This is our 10th trip to Eatonton in different VRBO properties and this was one of our favorite trips!! The place was perfect.. We loved having the main house, cottage and loft. Our family each had their own space but yet we felt so close. Loved the perch! We spent a lot of time there just playing games and laughing with family. The fishing was amazing!! We caught 2 huge catfish with a lot of smaller ones as well, blue gills and bass. Trippe was awesome to work with and super helpful!! We can’t wait to stay again!! "

"The house was perfect for our large family. The owners provided lots of activities from kayaking to board games. The house was stocked with so many great items, from condiments to coolers. You really didn’t need to bring anything besides clothes. As an extra bonus the house was beautifully decorated and included a Christmas tree. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to celebrate our family Christmas."
