Clean,and comfortable room, kind staff, ViP gifts, everything was perfect but pool was small and too crowded. We could not get in there 😭

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Vietnam. My room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, and even small details that made the trip easier. The breakfast was delicious with both local and Western options, and the location made it simple to explore the city on foot. This is an ideal choice for travelers who value comfort and authentic experiences. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Vietnam.
