WARNING SCAM

Pictures do not match Google maps. When I contacted customer service to question this I was told there were no issues with the property. Day of check in, I had not received check in info so I contacted the host. I was told the property was rented theough July and was not available. I called VRBO and they took an hour to confirm this. I was assured a 100% refund, but as of now I have only been refunded the service fee. I will be telling everyone I know and the BBB NOT to use this untrustworthy company
