For shared use: property 700 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). (swing). In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 11.6 km, rocky beach 12 km. Walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Ruhige aber Zentrale Lage für die Erkundung von Istrien

Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Auch die Sauberkeit war gut. Lediglich die Geräte wie Kaffeemaschine musste man etwas gründlicher reinigen und auch die Abflüsse und Siphons sollten mal wieder gereinigt werden. Klarspüler und Waschmaschinensalz waren leider nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und laden immer wieder zum verweilen ein. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Der Empfang und die Betreuung über unseren kompletten Aufenthalt war herzlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Fotos erkennnbar, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Zentral-Istrien

Sehr angenehmer, gastfreundschaftlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, die jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar waren. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr familiären und liebevollen Flair. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch rundum wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Istrien kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Es war alles vorhanden was man nötig hatte. Sogar ein Fön und ein Bügeleisen. Und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!!

Super Gastgeber, ruhige Wohnung.

Wir wurden herzlich durch die Besitzer empfangen. Die Wohnung und Garten entsprechen den Fotos, das Badezimmer + Extra WC mit Waschmaschine ist neu renoviert. Als nächstes soll das Wohnzimmer folgen. Es gibt 2 Toiletten. W-lan funktionierte einwandfrei, es gab ausreichend deutsche Fernsehsender. Küche intakt. Die Einzelbetten im "Kinderzimmer" kann ich für Erwachsene nicht empfehlen, alte Federkernmatratzen, die Kids haben sich allerdings nicht beschwert. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Alle Räume schön groß, genau wie die zwei Balkone (mit Wäscheleine+Klammern). Die Kinder-Doppel-Schaukel sollte bei Zeiten ersetzt werden. Der Pool ist zum Entspannen groß genug und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gab sogar eine Gartendusche. Die Mücken haben wir durch Mückenstecker etwas abgeschreckt. Zum Strand nach Rabac haben wir mit dem Auto 30 min gebraucht. Am Parkplatz (2€/Tag) Sveti Andrea findet man immer Platz, genau wie am Strand unten. Dort gab es ausserdem ein Restaurant + Toilette. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Mann spricht etwas Deutsch und sein Sohn spricht Englisch. Beim Check-In + Out gab es keinerlei Probleme. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub und die leckeren Feigen

Entspannter Landurlaub

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausblicke von beiden Balkonen gehen in die Landschaft, wir haben dort gern gesessen. In der großen Wohnung wurde viel modernisiert, so ist das Bad vollkommen neu. Der Vermieter lädt zum Weinchen ein und ist sehr bemüht, spricht auch etwas deutsch. Wir sagen danke für einen schönen Urlaub!
