"Ravello has been my favourite stop on our Amalfi coast trip. It was less crowded with tourists than Positano and Sorrento. The hotel was perfect for our stay with a beautiful sea view. "Beautiful hotel!! All of the staff were so amazing and friendly and the rooms were ckean. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the big room we had especially since there were three of us sharing the bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and the area around the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Be prepared for the stairs!"

"We had a lovely stay here in August of 2026. This hotel is located less than 1 block from Piazza Flavio Gioia (spelling) which was convenient as it’s where our bus stop arrived. Upon arrival, we were met by the staff and received help taking our bags to the hotel and up the stairs. There is no elevator but they help you with your luggage completely. The front desk ladies - Paola and Ilenia helped us with excursions, getting transportation, ferry schedules, and were able to answer all of our questions. Angelo helped us with our bags and luggage. Breakfast was quite good, we especially loved the Fitness Breakfast. Great hospitality. Our room had a lovely view of the water. The room is small but doable. The room is also nicely renovated so everything there is brand new. When we were leaving, it was prior to breakfast time and they offered to give us a “pocket breakfast” which was essentially a packed breakfast with juice, yogurt, fruit etc for our trip. Truly this staff went above and beyond. Thank you for a lovely trip to Amalfi."

"The check-in process here was good, and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean, and the view was to die for!! Waking up every morning with a view of the coast was incredible. The entire staff were all helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. I'm glad we chose to stay at Hotel Graal on our trip to Italy. Breakfast was included, and there were several options available that were great. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and the staff again were very pleasant. The pool area was also tucked away and very relaxing. One thing I would note about staying in this hotel was that it was VERY QUIET. Although there were cars driving by sometimes, you would never hear them. It was very peaceful. There was also a square nearby within walking distance that had shops, dining, and entertainment. There was also a large church in the square. This hotel is in a great location. There was a bus stop nearby for transportation to other towns on the coast, and taxis if needed. The hotel grounds were overall well kept. The only one negative I would say about our stay is that the housekeeping did not clean our room daily. We wished they would have come daily to tidy up the room. I won't go into great detail on the negative to spoil the review, the fact that this was still a great hotel with an incredible view, and that we had a great stay. Thank you to all!"

"This property is located very close to the bus/ferry terminal with lots of shops/restaurants nearby and no steps to climb up and down (slight ramp to get to hotel that is tucked behind the main street, elevator to get to hotel/rooms). There is a market directly outside of the hotel with reasonable prices. The staff was very responsive to our needs, even giving us beach towels to use. The daily breakfast was a great way to start the day, enjoying the beautiful air and scenery on the top of the building. We enjoyed touring a lemon farm and the paper factory--both short walks from the hotel. Overall a perfect location to enjoy the Almafi Coast."

"The hotel was convenient located near the amalfi center. With a bus stop very close should you need to take the bus to transport your self there. It is also a 20 min walking distance down hill. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only downside is that it does not have a restaurant if you rather stay in your hotel. However, does offer breakfast set and has a small bar with light snacks. Overall, would recommend this hotel!"
