"Monica was such a great host! I wish I could give a 6-star rating if there was one. Her whole family waited late and greeted us on a cold rainy night. Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "This is a lovely apart suite hotel near the beach between towns of viareggio and forte dei Marni- the rooms are lovely and it has very nice common areas and gardens and a lovely roof terrace. V clean and good quality sheets and towels. It has a heated indoor pool and tennis and padel courts too- all complimentary -and free use of the hotel bikes if you want to get into either town. "
