"The staff was amazing welcoming and kind. The breakfast was hot and delicious a good spread! Would love a GF cereal option as well but everyone was great. The only issue was the gym was in need of some maintenance- one machine broken and another not working- but when we mentioned it to the staff they made notes and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary water and snacks! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Room was clean and the customer service was excellent by the man at the front desk. However, the room didn't have a refrigerator nor a coffee maker and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. Our toilet and bathtub over flowed out of the blue on the last night we stayed and water ran clear into the carpeted area. The man at the front desk switched us to a different room next door but that room also had a water issue with overflow all over the bathroom floor and in the bath tub with some kind of rust looking debris that came up out of the tub drain. The man again was very polite and offered to switch us to a 3rd room but it was non smoking. At that point, we said no thank you because it was 10 o'clock at night. We asked for a coupon for a free future night at a different Super 8 location but he told us that he could only offer us a free night at his location. We declined his offer because we live 4 and half hours away and don't know when we will be able to return to the Williamsburg area. We checked out early and got in our car and drove the 4 and a half hours home. We won't be staying in the future at this specific Wyndham location. Good customer service but horrible deferred maintence."
