"Fantastic stay and incredible value for money for the area. Room was clean, modern and bright. Ski Room was excellent addition for drying wet clothing - parking was super convenient and the breakfast was superb. Would recommend and will be back. Special mention to the reception team who were amazing and very accommodating to two very wet bikers arriving and booking last minute."

"Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen, so ging es uns hier in der sehr sauberen und schönen Wohnung. Giusy und Ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen alles super erklärt. Eine Erstausstattung mit Geschirrspültabs, Müllbeuteln und Toilettenpapier war auch vorhanden. Einfach top. Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in der Anlage und haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, der Pool mit DER Aussicht, jeden morgen Frühstücken auf der Terrasse, mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See und das Mega Wetter- ein Traum. Parken direkt vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Das Gelände ist abgeschlossen und auch sehr sicher. Die Umgebung ist einfach sehr schön und im 24 Grad warmen Comer See zu baden, war sehr erfrischend bei den heißen Temperaturen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür. Der Check-out verlief wieder sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.Liebe Giusy, wir Danken dir und deinem Mann sehr für den herzlichen Empfang und für die super Rundum sorglos Versorgung. "Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."

"What a gem in one of the prettiest surroundings I’ve ever seen. The hotel is next to the base of an amazing waterfall. Great location. The staff was great. So nice. And the property was just completely renovated. Super nice. Great AC in the room. We loved it!"

"The hotel is superbly decorated , super clean and in excellent location. Staff is very very friendly. All this said, the breakfast, although diverse and rich, is not the best and the tastiest. It certainly is not the same level as the rest of the hotel. Personally I would like to have coffee/ tea facilities on the room which the hotel does not have"

"Staff were helpful and friendly, we used Google translate a lot. 10 minutes from Colico by Taxi (don't rely on the bus), where you can get the hydrofoil to other areas around Lake Como. Fantastic underground parking. The food in the restaurant was lovely and great service."
