"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pools are lovely. The location is good as a base for exploring the Gargano, and although not on the beach, the shuttle bus does the job well. "Angelo is a great host, always ready to help, if you have questions or request and speaks perfect English. We had a lovely vacation in Mattinata. The whole bay is actually is a giant Olive Garden, the thing you don’t find easily. A tip: there is a good circle path to the nearest summit, which gives you 1-2 hrs of an easy hike with superb views of the sea and hills."
