Had all amenities needed but was occasionally very humid in the room even with the AC on

This hotel & room is very clean, quiet, staff courteous, working amenties with no issue, self parking $12 per day & you pay when you check in., so you have 2cseparate charges the hotel deposit & parking fee

The hotel was clean and in walking distance to Disney Land. It was comfortable but I wish it had a pool and it was a bit more updated.

We picked LA Crystal Hotel for our 3-day stay because of the location and price. We were on a family vacation (yeah, Universal Studios) and trips to the beaches. It is a good hotel with free parking and breakfast. The breakfast spread is really good though. Egg patties, waffles, toasts, coffee, juices, fruits, flavored yogurt, deli meat and muffins. With 2 hungry kids, this was a great option for us. The rooms are OK, nothing spectacular. There was enough privacy with no disturbance or issues. The AC stopped working 1 night, but they fixed it in half an hour. So, overall good for a family of 4 with kids as we were coming back to sleep every evening and quickly leave after breakfast

Nice layout of the room, there were a few spiderwebs, but saw no spiders. Rooms were clean overall. Breakfast was OK. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The only really bad thing was the noise from the windows that are paper thin. Clementine was a nice walking distance to and from the parks. Enjoyed the pool. Front desk staff was good. And housekeeping was very good. Would I recommend this place? Yes.
