Started off great KIM was so friendly and helpful and so nice went downhill from there. Got an unusual note that my wife’s makeup was on a hand towel and it was used as a mat , 40k fine I washed it for them and this was accepted ! Was really odd, most hotels have complimentary small water but no asked for another 40k , KIM should be the manager as she had the perfect attitude The spa was awesome and great service! So worth paying a little more than the street ones , well trained and quiet place , Highly recommend

The island and facilities were amazing the resort vinpearl resort and spa was fantastic only negatives was the food let it down a bit

The pool was fantastic weaving in and among the plumeria trees. A place to hang out alone, with friends or sections for kids. It was serene and peaceful. I didn’t use beach as much as I wanted due to possible jellyfish. But it was also beautiful. Every day the water was different. The rooms were clean although some if the towels had seen better days but they still worked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was very good. I tried a lot of different things and had great meals.

Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below what I expected from a 5-star property. The room was not properly cleaned, and the towels and toilet paper were not replaced. The elevator and floors were also wet, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The management and front desk staff did not appear to be adequately trained to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. There seemed to be a lack of organization, communication, and attention to detail. The spa was also not clean, which was especially disappointing given the level of service and cleanliness I expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, the management and service need significant improvement. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, I expected much better cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and customer service.
