when I checked in, I was shocked at the cleanliness of the bedroom and the jacuzzi. There were dust and had an odd smell that was quite unbearable. I contacted the receptionist and they sent the cleaning crew 2 hours later. The water in the jacuzzi was disgusting and I didn't dare use it. On Expedia website, it showed that the 2 bedroom King sized beds, however it wasnt the case. We had 1 King Size and 2 double beds in the other room. When we queried the hotel staff, we were told that Expedia had misrepresented the details and all their 2 bedroom suites does not have 2 king sized beds. The laundry service was also an issue as I had to get them to iron the clothes as to was crumbled upon delivery.The breakfast was the worst I have ever had as the variety was limited and I am glad I had other options for breakfast outside the resort. During one of the nights, there wasnt any water supply for 4 hours and I had to use the public shower room to get changed as I had dinner reservations and was getting late.

Do not stay here at all costs. One, this hotel does not have bilingual staff outside of one woman Tanisha, who was incredible. But everyone else has no idea how to help or understand you if you speak another language. I was assigned the wrong room, and ended up ending my stay early before even getting the correct room. The staff is rude. The hotel is not clean, and I had lizards, spiders, and frogs in my room. The water also cut off while I was in the shower for hours with no warning and no apology. I eventually called Expedia to be transferred. This hotel is terrible, old and the restaurant staff even flat irons their hair behind the bar while serving you. Do not stay here, you will have a terrible time and there are so many better places across the street and down the road that’s completely night and day. Tanisha I hope you escape that place as they don’t deserve you.

I’d like to rate it at 1 in all honesty but I need to give the workers here the benefit of the doubt. The room is not clean. Check your sheets. The towels were questionable. The TV broken. The sink is terrible. AC works but is not temp regulated so it runs all night long. The sink has high pressure water with it splashing at you. There is no way to adjust it. Bath tub water comes out to be yellow. Knob in the bath tub broken. Shower was the only proper thing working. Jacuzzi is nasty. It just doesn’t get cleaned and who knows what goes in it. My stay was below average and this is supposed to be 5 star hotel. Sadly, it is not. FML, it was like staying in a single room hostel. Location is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone who would like to go to the beaches. Traffic is horrendous from the start and does not seem safe for anyone to be driving out of the resort. Cheers from an American who regularly travels.

Great staff, unbelievable property on the mountain and the view was beautiful although I would advise to get alot of Baht at the airport as many places dont take credit card but the hotel was the exception. out of 5, easy 4.8. This property staff at check in and reception was such a disappointment!! All 3 beds were ant infested and when the staff was notified, they said that there was nothing that they can do. They did not even bother to apologize, and the ants have been us the entire stay. Then the staff went on to bill us for services that were not explained in the beginning that we thought was included into the room. The staff was very disrespectful and money hungry I would not recommend staying here. There was a bunch of other properties around the area that were just as nice.

Roaches!!!! We had every night roaches in the room really big ones! The service was really poor. First when I saw the property i loved it. However, after the first night it was a nightmare! The pool are was really dirty, the room was dirty! And roaches sooooo disgusting! Don‘t stay here! I even went to the hospital! Horrible stay!

We booked a private pool villa and there was no mini-bar. We had to endure a 30 minute sales pitch at check-in before seeing our room, even after I said that I didn’t care and I wanted to sleep and go to the room. We called for ice one night and was told that they couldn’t supply that after the restaurant closed. The in-room dining was not 24/7, it is according to the restaurant hours. There was a lot of broken items in the room. House keeping did not replace the robes in the room after cleaning it. The bath tub had a colony of ants in the bath tub, and there were dirty towels that were replaced as “clean” towels. Amenities and accommodations were not 5-star by any means. This was barely a 3 star resort. Would not recommend for the price and value.

Worst experience ever. Hotel is located near the forest its far to center 15-20minute drive. First night we found in the bathroom a giant spider. We called staff somehow we manage to catch it. after 1 hour we found 4 more spider. which is dangerous one. I am not talking about lizards also around it giant lizards in your balcony or hotel room its very normal. second night they changed our room but this time we started to deal with cockroaches all night. during the 2 nights, me and my partner has no sleep. we were scared a lot. You cannot open any window because of mosquitos. well photos are amazing however its a hotel which you cannot sleep.

DO NOT STAY HERE - BEDBUGS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
This hotel is disgusting and has bedbugs. The front staff is the absolutely horrible and fought us saying the bites I had on my body were mosquito bites… they were not and this was confirmed by a doctor. The food is disgusting. The service is horrible. The location is far from the beach. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great location, slightly secluded, which is nice. Beautiful grounds. Room was nice, even if a little dated. Linen old, well used and had stains from somewhere. Internal phone network poor to say the least, mostly static. TV network available wasn't as stated. Plenty of ambient noise and light makes its way into the room during the night and the spa was in desperate need of a good clean. Hotel staff very helpful, cleaning staff lovely and accomodating. Restaurant staff Incompetent, rude, always on their phones. Good luck with ordering room service. Could be a 90 min wait or nothing arrives at all. Impact from recent years is evident, hotel information, events and facilities available can be misleading.

This resort looks like it was nice at one point in time but has not been kept up. Things are dirty and not working. They tried putting us in a room that smelled so bad of cigarettes it made my eyes water. The hot tubs were brown. Pubic hair and other hair in my sheets and in the tub. Very dirty inside the room. It is located up the hill from the beach with traffic and no sidewalks so you must take a taxi down. Bed was very very hard. Only an antenna for tv so only local Thai channels that are very fuzzy. No nextflix option. We stayed in Thailand for 1 month, this was the worst hotel we stayed at.
