Great place to Stay in Koh Yao Yai
The place is amazing, the staff has provided us a very good attention. The manager is lovely person and understand the clients needs. The only thing bad is that they bring Chinese customers every night to play Karaoke at the restaurant and that is very annoying. There is no interaction with other customers because of that.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage die an einigen Stellen diverse Reparaturen benötigt. Aufgrund coronavirus waren keine Chinesen vor Ort und wir haben uns die gesamte Anlage mit Max. 10 Leuten geteilt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Mycket lugna dagar vid havet
Hotell på stranden som trots högsäsong var väldigt tomt på gäster. Kan kanske bero på att de i vanliga fall verkade ha mest kinesiska gäster.. Smidigt med direkt anslutning till poolen från alla rum som det såg ut. Men lite tråkigt att varken rummen eller poolen är ut mot stranden när hotellet ändå har ett så bra läge med direkt anslutning till stranden från gräsområdet/solsängar. Gymmet är endast ett litet varmt rum med fyra motionsmaskiner. Frukosten var enorm och helt ok med svenska mått mätt. Den kostade 575 baht/person på plats. Ett tips är att hyra moppe för att utforska ön som är rättså liten och lugn!

Las instalaciones del hotel, la limpieza y el cuarto son excelentes pero la atención desde la recepción fue muy básica o fría, nos saludaron y no más, no nos abrieron boucher de check Inn para hacer consumos, el restaurante está diseñado totalmente para gente oriental, el menú de la comida e 99.9 % oriental, las mesas son para la comida de la gente oriental, pedimos un filete de la carta y NO lo había, pedimos unas espinacas gratinadas del menú y tampoco las había, no nos ofrecieron ninguna bebida y en el menú no las había, la mesera no hablaba ni una palabra de inglés, estábamos a mitad de nuestra comida y la mesera se paró a mi lado con la cuenta y ahí se quedó un rato, como si no fuera a pagar, a la hora de pagar me dijo que no aceptaba tarjeta de crédito cuando en su sitio de Internet dice que acepta pagos con visa y máster Card, se preocupaban solo por los turistas de gente asiática, quizás este hotel está determinado sólo para gente oriental, la verdad muuuy decepcionados de la atención de la gente del hotel. Tuvimos que salirnos del hotel para comer, el bar del hotel estaba cerrado aún siendo las 3 de la tarde. Solo abrían los servicios cuando llegaban los grupos de gente asiática. En resumen, el hotel está espectacular, sus instalaciones son excelentes pero si no eres asiático mejor no vayas. Yo no vuelvo a ir a este hotel. Si es para solo asiáticos que lo publiquen en su página. No es para todo tipo de turismo!
