The villas are large and spacious and the staff attends to all your needs. It is located in an area a little off the beaten path, so it is very quiet and peaceful. This will be our new yearly destination

Private Villa - Honeymoon

We stayed in this beautiful villa for our honeymoon. The villa was fantastic. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. Food was excellent. We had a lovely time here, staying in the villa for some of the time and exploring Phuket for the rest of the time. We would definitely recommend The Bell Pool Villa to anyone who is looking for private luxury. We do not normally do the luxury accommodation but since it was our honeymoon we decided to pull out all the stops and we certainly have no regrets, we had a wonderful stay.

Okay stay for a family of 4 + 1 baby

The trip did not start well due to Hotels.com's confusing search function. It uses "rooms" as searching criteria so if you are looking for 2 rooms, and search for 2 rooms, even though you pick ONE villa with 2 rooms, you end up booking for 2 villas which is what happened to us. The hotel was kind enough to refund 3 nights out of 5 when we realised this upon checking in. The stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite which was a bit boring in the end given the limited menu for 5 nights. You have to book everything (housekeeping, food tray clearing etc) via an app - your selected slot not guaranteed. The communication on the app also became a bit frustrating as hiccup happened (housekeeping did not show, or show at the wrong time when baby was napping). The staff were pleasant and always smiley though which helps. In hindsight we probably would have preferred somewhere on the beach front so it gives some variety of exposures (we were travelling with a baby and could not do much otherwise).

Lovely villa, comfy bed, clean, great smelling sheets and towels daily if desired. Spotless pool, well maintained garden, really good sized rooms, fairly cheap and good meals can be ordered to eat in the villa. Well equipped kitchen ( no toaster though!) Cleaners clean daily. Very good shuttle service, its a shame it doesnt start earlier and end later. Staff all very polite and helpful and happy. Garden furniture very dirty and chair and sun bed covers filthy. Could do with sun beds to use around the pool and not just under the area for shade. Ideally you need a car or scooter to get around independently when at this villa if you dont want to depend on the shuttle or want to explore the area. Villa 13 was a bit noisy as it is opposite the reception and parking area.

The Bell was incredible. Beautiful property, amazing staff, can order in anything from food, to massages, to taxis. House cleaning every day. If you’re thinking of staying here, do it!

Romantic Getaway

Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

Good or bad?

어플로 음식 등 각종 서비스를 신청할 수 있는 점은 매우 좋았음. 그러나 늦게 체크인 하면서 어플 사용승인을 받지 못해 헷갈렸던 점. 트랜스퍼 서비스의 경우 외부업체를 이용하는 것 같은데 선불로 기사에게 지급하니 기사가 먹튀한 점, 직원들 퇴근시간 이후 영어소통이 불가능한 점 등은 확실히 호텔의 수준을 갉아 먹음. 풀빌라치고 개인풀이 크고, 자연친화적이며 매우 프라이빗한 점은 매우 좋습니다.

Our stay here was peaceful. It was walking distance to the local markets and down town. The communication via the app was a great addition and the shuttle pick up/drop off was also convenient. We found a beautiful coffee shop - The Memory café nearby also. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends and family to stay here. Thanks for our stay!

It’s comfortable, tidy.The staff are really nice n helpful. However , some facilities may need to renew like sofa . Still my favourite villa in Phuket. We must choose The Bell next time.
