great place to stay, good location, poor breakfast
the room was great, spacious, had AC, and drinking water everyday. Breakfast was included, though the Western breakfast left much to be desired, the fried egg was not fully cooked and it, along with a variety of meats were cold. The toast and fruit were good.

Find somewhere else to stay!!!!!
From the pictures on Expedia it looked like a nice boutique type of hotel but in reality it was more like a motel where all the rooms are positioned along a long side road where from the reception I had to walk nearly 0.5km to get to my room where I was left to carry my own bags to my room. Upon entering the room it looked quite nice but the smell from the drains was really quite unpleasant. The room was very clean but also had a musty smell where even with the aircon on full blast took all night to bring the room down to a comfortable temperature and clear the drain smell as the air conditioner is positioned so high up it had little or no effect on the temperature of the room or smell. The sink in the bathroom was loose and the shower curtain rail kept on falling down as it was not screwed to the wall of the shower.The night before leaving I advised the person on reception that I would be leaving at 6.30am and would require a taxi for 7.00am. He informed me that a taxi to the airport was going to be 1200 Baht where having been to Thailand many a time I requested that he ordered a taxi with a meter as it would only cost 800 Baht to get to the airport. This all seemed too difficult for the receptionist who advised me that if i wanted a taxi with a meter then I would have to sort it out myself. To sum this place up I would say that the staff were unhelpful and the room smelt terrible!!! Find somewhere else to stay.

Bra läge
Väldigt trevlig personal som hela tiden ville vara till hjälp. Får man ett rum i början av ”gatan” in till resorten är det bra att veta att det finns en mycket större pool längre in. Bra läge med Kata beach precis över gatan.

Отель предоставили совсем не тот. Обман.
Делала бронирование по интернету в пентхаус с видом на океан в отеле Cool Breeze bungalows, a поселили в итоге в совсем другой отель. Никакого тебе пентхауза вSimply Resort By Metadee. Не спорю, что отель очень хорош. Но, если бы я хотела, то забранировала бы его. Где пентхауз, где вид на океан? Сколько не писала, ответа так и не было. Причем на почту пришло мое бронирование именно пентхауз. И отель другой. Это очень испортило мой отдых.
