To start off, I love how nice and clean the property was. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. The only con was when we asked to be taken to bang Tao beach, we were taken to laguna beach. We spoke to the driver about it and he said it’s walkable from laguna beach. It was a 20minute walk. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay. The hotel room was small, but very lovely. The bathroom was my favorite. The bed was really soft as well as the pillows. I love the pool and happy hour at the pool. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again.

Hotel employees are helpful and responsive. It is not by the beach, about 15 to 20 mins walk. However, the hotel arranges regular shuttle services. Love the swimming pools.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the Hilton Gardens Hotel Bangtao Phuket was. Reception staff superb, efficient and super friendly. Room was excellent and way better than expected. Dining good for dinner and for breakfast. With good quality choices. I was overall very impressed to be honest and can highly recommend the hotel to travellers.

The staff was great and ready to make my stay that much better. Even though the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach and into town, both areas were a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Just enough to.burn off some of the extra calories from the great breakfast buffet. The shuttle is very useful after dark and a few drinks 😊. Definitely would stay there again on my next trip.

Property is nice, two good sized pools and food was good. Area is really nice and everything is walkable, if you don’t fancy the walk there’s a shuttle service which is really good too. My wife used the spa and although it’s off site they arranged to pick her up and she said she really enjoyed it. Bar staff are very hit and miss though
