We really enjoyed our stay here. Right in the middle of the “action” where you can do anything from a city tour to booking a day with the elephants! We thought the room was perfect for what we needed and the pool area was very nice. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget that would also like a nice place to stay!

Great service and view. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was over priced and not very good, so just eat locally at night. Biggest drawback was their is a lot of walking ( including stairs) to get to the room. They need a shuttle/cart to give option to bring you near room. Otherswise request room close to lobby. Pools are nice.we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property 2 min from the beautiful Kata Beach. Ice cream on arrival to the hotel and fresh fruit to your room as a welcome. Great breakfast buffet!

Great Kata Beach location at a great price
My second stay in 5 years, didn’t disappoint for value for money and convenience in a great area of the Southern region of Kata Beach. Set back on the hillside overlooking the water of Kata Beach to the North, the hotel suits the needs of many travelers. A variety of room options. We stayed in the slightly more expensive balcony room with a view, however this coupled with a very good standard included breakfast, suited our needs and budget.

Beautiful place to stay, only 3 mins walk to the beach. We had a Seaview Room which was amazing. The Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The Staff were so polite and answered any questions. The 2 pools were great to relax, plenty of Sunbeds and Parasols. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The pictures and description of this property are completely misleading. Based on the photos, this appears to be a beautiful property, serene, relaxing. The pool looks new, clean and resort like, the rooms look clean and bright, the property looks amazing. This could not be further from the truth. The property is old, dirty, dark, and sad. I felt as though I had been tricked. I was so disappointed that we ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel. The hotel would not refund the night I did not stay but at least they did pay for my taxi to the next hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice, great balcony with sea view. The noise from other rooms was loud. It was too hard to get to room, stairs, walking down various halls, two separate elevators… my air conditioner broke and leaked all over the floor. Front desk couldn’t communicate to me what was going on. Men came to fix it. Still leaked all night and I hear the dripping and all of the floor and counter and my belongings were wet. No solution or apologies were made. The hotel is in a good location, quick walk to beach and shops and restaurants.

Hotel is ok but for the money i was expecting better. Paid extra for Executive room but as photos show it is very basic, paid for the sea view which was nice. Most of the time there was no hot water, only tepid. Air con was noisy.....fridge was noisy.....housekeepers some days left no clean towels which is fine (dont mind using towels again) but took the old ones....no pool towels too.....didnt refresh coffee.....had to chase after them for these items. Restaurant offers evening buffet but noticed food being laid out for this mid afternoon. The staff are helpful, hard working and friendly Hotel is in good location just a few steps across busy main road to the beach where there are good value restaurants........be aware that if you have walking difficulties this hotel has many steps.

The resort is good, but a bit worn down. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and the view is amazing. BUT fireworks.. every night big batteries are being sold on the beach to intoxicated tourists. This means that you’ll hear bangs and noise throughout the evening. This was a huge inconvenience as we stayed here with our 6 months old daughter. Would not do it again.

The hotel is only a short walk to the beach & it is an easy walk into town. Breakfast was ok. However the hotel is way below the standard of a 4*. It is very tired looking & needs upgrading everywhere. They still use shower curtains & the shower hose was black! The restaurant was practically empty most nights & the atmosphere was non existent. Staff tried to be helpful but were ineffective. We did change rooms but to be honest the next room was no better than the previous one. A very disappointing stay.

The customer service by the front desk staff is the worst I've experienced in 15 years of international traveling. A saftey issue was raised with the front desk after my oldest child slipped and fell due to the tub leaking. The front desk person we spoke to was very nonchalant about the issue. The front desk staff also gave conflicting information about their laundry service. One staff member told us that if we dropped off laundry bedore 10:00am it would be returned the same day. We based our decision to do laundry the day before leaving on that information. We go to drop the laundry off at 08:00am and was told that it would t be ready until the afternoon of the following day...well after we departed. Again when I pointed out the conflicting information the front desk staff could have cared less. The service by the rest of the hotel staff was admittedly pretty good but the front desk staff were just horrible.

The pictures are much better than the rooms actually are. It needs some Remodeling. Many of the rooms and things inside are deteriorating. The pictures online make it look luxurious but it really isn’t. I did try and give another country the benefit of the doubt, but this was a disappointment. I had to ask them to change a quilt because it looked like it had blood stains on it. Then they had to fix a leak in my bathroom. They do not provide a car service from the airport like the other hotels I stayed at in Thailand. When I asked for them to hold my bags for me to walk around before I head to the airport, I come back and my bag is in some random spot. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Chill resort vibes that's near to Family Mart, massage parlours and restaurants. Note that there's loads of stairs and slope to climb within the resort and might not be suitable for those with weaker legs.
