"Beautiful hotel loved it staff were great very helpful "

"There is an ocean view but it was not accessible where the beach is. Street is quiet. The unit was spacious easy to get to."

"Our stay at the Sunshine Beach Resort was extremely peaceful. The housekeeping staff cleaned and cared for our room as well as any 5 Star Hotel. They even mopped the floors every day. Really appreciated that! The pool, hammock, and umbrella covered tables were as nice as advertised. The manager and her staff made our stay complete. We rented a motorbike directly from the resort which was very convenient. The manager also recommended we take a Jeep Tour to the sand dunes. Our tour...

"Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

"It is nicely placed along the coast ,whether the climate change is taking over or it's always been the way. But access to the beach is not good, anyone with any mobility issues forget it. You can walk for 500mtr but beware ."

"Economy bungalow was great. Owner was super friendly. Hotel is beautiful and quiet. Location is a little too deep in the alley. Shower water pressure too low, hence need a little longer to bath. Others are fine."

"My stay with Apec Mandala was fantastic. It was a breath taken moment how beautiful the entire resort is. They also have multiple swimming pools to accommodate individual taste. Highly recommended this place. "

"It’s very good to stay"

"1000/10 nothing bad to say. Only thing I didn’t like was grab is not reliable around certain times. "

"Very good services, profession staffs and amazing hotel. We will come back next time"

"Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. "

"Tôi bị lừa qua phần mềm, cũng may là tôi chưa thanh toán tiền phòng trước, nếu ko tôi sẽ rất bực bội khi nhận phòng"

"We had a very good and relaxing time in Mui Ne in this accommodation. I recommend it 100% !"

"Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better ."
