For $70-$80 USD per night, there are other options around Ben Thanh area: There are room for improvements but the one thing ruined it for me, hence vibe 2/5 was experience was the tour groups on multiple occasions. The common spaces like breakfast room and lobby got too crowded and although most guests kept to themselves, there were always a few in the group that didn’t have the common sense like noise level (speaker phone), speaking loudly coming into hall way late in the night, leaving messes at the breakfast buffet, expected to be served at buffet, lack of personal space….i can go on.

The hosts help set us up with activities as soon as we arrived (although the listings on the internet were vague about this, so we didn’t know what to expect).
