"Charlee and her staff were as usual very polite, friendly and attentive. Super relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic position by the river. The hotel grounds are kept immaculately and rooms spotless. It’s a real credit, a brilliant team, from front line staff emails, restaurant staff and everyone who works there. Hope to see you all again in the near future Steve."

"We checked in a little early which was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was a restaurant & bar on site but it looked more like a cafeteria so not very welcoming for a drink. The room was also the breakfast room which explains the style of the room. There were very few restaurants nearby."

"The food was delicious and we loved the banana pancakes for breakfast and ate a couple of times in the evening too. The pool was lovely but got crowded but was great for cooling off. Staff friendly and helpful - we would stay again. "

"Very good hotel for the price. Close to good restaurants, 7/11 & next door to an Amazon Cafe. Room was spacious. Just one comment..we had a kettlein the room but no cups or tea/coffee. Fortunately we always travel with our own mugs & Tea bags! Will definitely stay here again. It's the best hotel we've stayed in in the area after visiting 4 times 😜"

"Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful. "
