"Simple nice clean place. I like that the building hasn’t been around for long. I liked how simple and modern it was. It’s a good place to stay if you’re planning on staying for more than a day since they have the rooms with stovetops and fridge. I paid no deposit which was nice. No complains other than I wish it had a pool. "

"I do not recommend this property. The house sits right next to LOTS of other houses. There is an industrial site directly across the street with the noise that accompanies it. The pictures are cropped so you cannot see the true property. They are actual pictures that I thought were just artsy, but no, they are, in my opinion, misrepresenting what is actually there. The owner will not refund your money even though it is not a farmhouse, nor an escape! So disappointing! I have rented from VRBO many times. This is the only negative review I have ever sent."

"This was definitely a great stay while we watched Spring Training. Great location. Host was very responsive. Had a water issue and she immediately helped resolve the problem. Loved this cute apartment near Goodyear!"

"This VRBO is so spacious. Enough room for a family to spend time together. It was 102 degrees which was hard to deal with but other than that and no grass, we had a great time. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with extra towels and the fridge ice maker was a nice addition. I suggest a few more kitchen hand towels and dish rags. "

"The house was everything we hoped for. Spacious, clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. TV’s were excellent for seeing NCAA basketball and WTC baseball. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was most appreciated and Kelli as the property manager was most helpful and easy to communicate with especially when dealing with the water heater issue that came up prior to our arrival. She and the tech that did the installation were great. I recommend this property and Kelli and her husband most highly. "
