Hillery House " Main Home" and her little sister, "The Cottage" offers flexibility (main house + guest cottage) , privacy (snuggled at the end of cul-de sec on 1/3 acre) at an unbeatable North Scottsdale (close to 5 star everything such as golf, dining, shopping and so so so much more) premire location. It's the kind of space and place, sunshine memories are made of :)

Hillery House.
Hillery House offers three spacious en-suite bedrooms each with private bath, upper and lower laundry facilities and upper level sofa sleepers in upstairs en-suites.

Hillery Cottage.

At Hillery House & Cottage, details matter, such as 800 tread count sheets, seasonal pillow soft duvets, spa robes , giant scrabble, game room and more. You're sure to enjoy ample poolside seating, green grassy picnic areas, and a dash of splash in the sparkling pool. Sing along anyone? The main house offers little extras such as musical instruments (digital piano, guitar) and plenty of toys, games and books for little ones.
