- Welcome to snowbird heaven - this new condo rental is right off the 101 in The Allison, a complex with many snowbirds and a fun, friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy two bedrooms, two baths, large living area, full kitchen and dining area, and upper lanai right next to one of the two pool areas. Both pools are heated year round and include hot tubs, BBQ's and covered areas. Workout room and bathrooms are featured by the front pool area. Enjoy quiet at the back pool area or meeting the neighbors at the front pool. You will be minutes from the Spring training fields, Barrett Jackson and West World attractions, and more. Condo was just furnished for VRBO - including new premium King bed, Queen bed, new linens, towels, and more!
