The space
Whether you're in Phoenix for a meeting, conference, sporting event, visiting family, or simply exploring the area, we welcome you and your group to your home away from home, where you are just minutes away from all the action.

Our Unit 1 is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, downstairs apartment.

*The sleeping arrangements include one queen-size bed and one full/double bed (54” x 75”). The full/double is a bit smaller, so if two people plan to share it, please ensure it will be comfortable for both of you.
We also have a living room sofa that converts into a bed (Almost same size as the one full/double bed), which can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed*

When booking, please provide an accurate number of people staying so we can best prepare for your stay.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, both bedrooms, and private yard. Keyless entry makes check-in easy. Guests also have access to the shared on-site washer and dryer.

Other things to note
This is a residential property with multiple separate apartments. Your apartment and private yard are exclusively yours during your stay, while the laundry area is shared. The apartment is located in a central Downtown Phoenix neighborhood, so you may hear normal neighborhood and city sounds from time to time. Pets are welcome; please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Pets are subject to approval.
