  • An incredible modern-build guest house with exquisite attention to detail. The South offers a blend of style, comfort, and convenience: designed to provide you with a relaxing and memorable stay.

    Tucked away in central Scottsdale, this private guest house is close to shopping, hiking, golf courses and more.

    The space

    This private, detached guest house was designed with relaxation in mind. Leave your car in the driveway and step through the private gated entry into your own retreat.

    Once inside, the luxury furnishings and spa-like bathroom will envelop you in relaxation.

    Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen and private outdoor grill to whip up a delicious meal. Dine inside or on the covered patio.

    Before bedtime, enjoy a plunge in the large Roman-tub followed by a glass of wine around the outdoor fire-pit. Or, get cozy on the sofa in front of a roaring fireplace while watching a favorite movie on TV.

    In the morning, slide open the bedrooms' patio doors and enjoy the fresh air along with a good book in bed.

    With 1500 square feet of space this guest house has all the amenities of a private home; a Great Room, large bathroom, 2 bedrooms and laundry room.

    2nd Bedroom: Queen bed + Trundle bed

    The Great Room has 16 foot-wide sliding glass doors on both the North side and South side. The South-facing doors will be inoperable and curtained off for host/guest privacy. The North -facing front door and glass sliders are fully accessible and open out onto the guest's private yard and patio spaces. This privately enclosed space includes 2 patios, a fire pit area, a bbq, and a covered patio table with 6 dining chairs.

Excellent Property!

Very accommodating host(s); property was well equipped, lovely appliances, clean, comfortable beds with nice linens. Situated in an excellent location in Scottsdale with easy access to shopping and markets. Will for sure stay again when(if) we decide on another trip to Arizona.

The accommodations of "The South" were extremely comfortable. Our host, Roseanne, was very gracious and kind. She did not hesitate to help or assist us whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed our privacy while feelingright at home.

Simple beautiful!!

This guest house is beautiful!! The host, Roseanne, is fantastic, she greeted us like we were family and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond! It’s newly finished and so beautifully decorated, creams with gold accents, and the bathroom is gorgeous!! We felt so relaxed and at home here. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. Everything about it was perfect. Thank you Roseanne for making our stay perfect!
