I thought the hotel was beautifully updated. Loved the pool and bar at the pool. The shower takes a good solid 4-5 minutes of running water before the water is hot. Other than that, great hotel!

The most wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous food and it was so lovely to sit out at the firepits and in the the courtyard for a glass of wine in the evenings. We will return.

I seriously love Hilton properties so this one seemed perfect for some R&R after 2 weeks of camping. Hilton dropped the ball on this particular stay. They are currently remodeling and the work starts early! I awoke to saws, drills, and men yelling across the hall to each other. I get it, when remodeling you have to do it sometime, I just wish I would have been informed upon check in that they were working that day on several rooms around mine. Lastly I ordered a chicken bowl from the restaurant which tasted stale and made me sick for 2 days. Hilton this is a beautiful property and I think remodeling to keep it up is a good idea but please inform your guests!

The resort is in a great location for golfing, shopping, and dining. Overall, the property is well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and they were remodeled with Southwestern decor. If you want a quiet night sleep, the walls are somewhat thin and you will hear your neighbor next door and definitely all the hallway noise. The hotel does cater to conventions and weddings, along with having hotel guest, so it can be busy. The pool is very nice and they do have a pool bar, which is only open on the weekends.

The remodel of the rooms are now non comforting has a “cold” bare feeling to them. Room service food was delivered as though I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in a paper bag plastic utensils to go containers cheap and did not taste good. As a regular before the remodel, now I will not be returning here.

There were not very many people there. It seemed pretty empty. The staff were super nice in both the restaurant and spa. The pool heater was broken and there was no poolside food service so that was disappointing. There was also no jacuzzi. They did have a nice fire outside to sit by. The valet parking was free so that was nice. However we felt it was really over priced for what we got. The room was nothing spectacular. It was very noisy in the morning on the first floor.

We came for a Christmas party and have stayed here before. It is always a great stay. The staff are amazing, professional and very courteous. The only slight inconvenience was that the hot water in the shower and sink took at least 5 minutes or more to get warm. And even though we let it run for several minutes to get even a little warm, it was never really hot. I’m not sure, but it was likely an issue due to the construction going on. Other than that (which wasn’t a big deal), we had a wonderful stay. Nice rooms, beautiful property and really great staff.

The room door and those around it rattle in their frames because they fit poorly. The TV size was great. No office chair in room. We were informed by phone the annual Thanksgiving buffet was cancelled for a set menu so we ate elsewhere. The downstairs bar setup was poor. No slippers with the robes. Coffee maker didn't have enough supplies.

We have stayed there before and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately this time they failed to disclose they are remodeling and under construction 👎 One of the things we liked previously was having a nice bar and restaurant there. The bar is currently closed, the restaurant it limited and small, the spa closed (service provided in a room and no discounts for the inconvenience) the hall ways are VERY COLD!! I understand its Arizona but we were there and weather outside was in the 70’s! No need to have the hallways and restaurant at 60 degrees. I had a friend join for dinner and had to warn her to bring a sweater or jacket because it was so cold. I am sure it will be lovely once the remodel is finished, but for the time being if we go back we will most likely stay somewhere else until its finished.

We stayed here recently for a wedding. The room we were given was very outdated, including the tub being cloged. The main pool was closed due to construction and we were never told about it prior to our visit. The front desk assured us we'd be refunded our resort fees due to the construction but it never happened. Other than being lied to about the refund, staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you can, choose another property until renovations are completed.

The hotel is under full renovation which isn’t disclosed. The pool is empty and drained. The restaurant is closed. Drilling and hammering began at 7am. And the toilet, shower and sinks were filthy - with the toilet having visible signs of “use” all over it. It’s unfortunate as we’ve stayed there many times and had much better experiences. But this trip was as if the place was running on a shoestring.

Pool is closed, limited food, noise Room was horrible, but staff did give us an upgraded room bar staff should be educated on service animals. I will reach out ton the GM. Everybody was amazing . The room was nice and very clean . We were bummed that the hotel is under major rennovation including the main pool . A 2nd petty complaint is there are no ice machines on property . The bar was kind enough to fill our ice bucket but very awkward and time consuming . We stay in the area often and will consider the property next time .
