The Area:

Set in a quiet, established Scottsdale area, this home offers a relaxed residential feel while staying close to the action. You’re minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s dining, nightlife, and shopping, plus easy access to golf courses, spring training venues, and top local restaurants. The area is calm and well-kept—perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with quick access to Loop 101 and major Scottsdale roads. Old Town, Tempe, and Phoenix are just a short drive away, and Sky Harbour Airport is within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend a car to make the most of Scottsdale’s dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions.



Other Things to Note:

POOL HEAT: Optional pool heat is available for $75/night or $400/week. Please request and pay at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated for check-in.



POOL WAIVER: A pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This home is located in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and Scottsdale noise ordinances are actively enforced.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $250 fee applies for violations.



SECURITY & NOISE MONITORING: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance, and a second exterior camera monitors the pool equipment enclosure. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut device monitors decibel levels only—it does not record audio or conversations.



PETS: Dogs are generally not permitted, but exceptions may be approved in advance. Approved or unauthorised pets are subject to a $175 cleaning fee.



LATE CHECK OUT: Unauthorised late departures are subject to a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please request late check-out in advance.
