The stylish space was thoughtfully designed for guest's needs in mind! The home is perfect for groups wanting to be in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. It’s clean, cozy and relaxing. The amazing backyard comes with a private pool, outdoor seating and corn-hole set. You will be walking distance from all the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds
4th Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds (trundle bed)

Guest will have full access to entire home.
Other things to note
- Air Mattresses available (queen)
- Living room fireplace is for cosmetic purpose only.
- Pool is not heated.
- We recently replaced the living room couches to a larger gray style not seen in photos. Just an FYI until we get updated professional photos.

-Parties and events are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
-Same day booking shall not be honored after 3pm Mountain Standard time.
-If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
