From the 12' ceilings to the speakers in every room to the sliding glass doors that open the wall and bring the inside/outside. The entire home is controlled by a tablet from the music to the pool.
We provide a flexible check-in with a keypad and custom code - All the amenities you can think of, and even the ones you forget to ask about - Recommendation list of local restaurants, bars, and fun family activities - Heated pool & spa available for extra depending on the length of stay!
The home has 4 bedrooms and 8 beds with the following sleeping situation:
Room 1: King
Room 2: King, Day Bed, and pull out Trundle Mattress
Room 3: Queen
Room 4: Bunk Beds - 3 Total Beds
In addition, the living room has a large couch and 3 air mattresses.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The property appears exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, modern, clean and the perfect spot for our weekend! Lance was a great host and quickly responded to all of our messages/requests. I highly recommend this property to whoever is taking a trip to Scottsdale.

Property was in a good location and within walking distance to bars etc. Property was clean and well appointed. Electrics controlling spa, pool, heat and TVs user friendly. Any questions were answered promptly. I’d rent the property and from Lance again. Nice place.

Great location, Beautiful Home
We were a very quick overnight stay on our way through town so we didn't have time to take in all of the amenities of this thoughtfully laid out home. It was close to Biltmore for dinner and easy access to the airport for us to catch our flight. The great room layout is beautiful just as pictured. The backyard looked fantastic so we'd love to book again for a longer stay to enjoy all the fun this home has to offer. The host was responsive and easy to work with too.

The property was just as described. The main problem is finding it. The address doesn’t show on maps properly. I tried to get ahold of the host but was unsuccessful. We ended up finding it on our own. It was equipped with all the amenities and in a great location.

Beautiful home in a great location with excellent amenities!
The house was beautiful, both inside and out! Very clean and very well kept.
Communication with the host was amazing. He accommodated our early arrival and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to our check-in time.
Pool and outdoor space was well maintained, with amazing amenities (outdoor fridge, TV, fan, couch and BBQ). Inside had all of the appliances and items needed to host a large group. Sound system and TV were easy to use and had a wide variety of stations. Location was within 15 minutes driving of all major attractions and even closer to Costco and other stores. Overall an amazing trip thanks to a great host and property! Highly recommend.
