Welcome to Scottsdale Serene Escape.  Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in North Scottsdale, and is walking distance to groceries, coffee, and restaurants.   The unit is located on the ground floor and just steps away from the community pool.  Some of North Scottsdale's most popular destinations are just minutes away!

The Signature Community has lush landscape throughout to provide plenty of shade when you need it and sun when you don't!  There are 2 community pools (one is heated), a community spa, BBQ, and putting green.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.
