Welcome to your home away from home! This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is located in the heart of Mesa, just minutes from the light rail and an ideal home base for Spring Training games, downtown Mesa dining, and local attractions.
The layout offers flexibility and comfort with one bedroom and a dedicated office on the first floor, perfect for remote work or added privacy. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, creating a great balance for families or groups.
What you’ll love:
• 3 bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV for easy streaming. The 3rd bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, but has a dresser and storage under the bed.
• Dedicated home office w/ monitor, keyboard, and mouse
• 2 full bathrooms - All bathrooms are upstairs.

• Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, including kids’ dishes
