"Was pleasantly surprise at the cleanliness of Our room, the kitchen, having a complete kitchen made or trip complete. The staff was very nice and can’t stop talking about how perfect the location centrally located and again our room with everything we needed. Let’s not forget the price!!!! It can not be beat! There are many locations throughout the country and will always look first to stay with them."

"The room was clean fresh. The property was quite. Breakfast served st the cafe was good but a little high on price. "

"Room looks clean but dated. They’re renovating now so rooms should be nice soon. No microwave but small fridge. Breakfast wasn’t very good. They served powdered eggs and sausage as well as oatmeal, pancakes, muffins and sweet rolls. The second day they replaced the powdered eggs with pre-prepared omelets. They make a big deal about their breakfast but has a long way to go to say it’s great. "

"While the home was beautiful and spacious, it was extremely dirty! It looked as if no one had been in the home in several months. There was a layer of dirt and dust on every single surface. My feet were black from walking around. And worst of all there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Our entire group was made up of girls who are terrified of bugs. And the house had crickets in every single room! Spiders as well. Even saw a roach. The longest we went without seeing a bug on this trip was 10 minutes. They were constant. The bugs/dirtiness of the house wasn’t the only sign no one has been inside. There were Christmas and valentines decorations that hadn’t been taken down. We paid for heated pool and it was not heated. One of the pool umbrellas had broken and was propped up with kitchen knives!!! We couldn’t believe it. One of the knives fell out and could have hurt us. The patio furniture was upside down/messed up when we arrived. And the pool toys/floaties were scattered around as well. The host had great communication before arriving. And the house was big/beautiful! But seeing all the dirtiness and killing bugs constantly after paying so much was really disappointing. Also the downstairs thermostat won’t let you go below 75. We were pouring sweat in the Arizona heat"

"Trisha the Manager was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the floors were clean! I've stayed in many hotels where the laminate flooring never feels clean. It was clean! Rooms were spacious and the grounds of the hotel were clean and pride has been shown to keep it looking that way. The breakfast could have used stronger coffee. Ha! We will stay here again!"
