Prime location!! This 2bd/2bd GROUND floor condo with a pool view is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The complex backs up to Stone Creek Golf Course with a walking/biking path. Our condo is pet friendly, SMALL pets under 30 pounds only... the condo has a non fence patio, no access to a backyard.

This is a 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms s are on separate ends of the unit... you don't share a wall with other guests. The condo is in front of the pool.

Living room: The couch is big and super comfortable... this couch converts into a bed for movies (no additional occupancy). The fire place does not produce heat, its for visuals only.

Behind the condo complex, there is a nice walk path along a golf course... people run, walk their pets... love the green space!!

Everything is close by within a 5 minute drive max... restaurants, shopping, groceries.

You get one cover parking, #23. If more cars, park on the visitor parking.

Beautiful property and quiet Peaceful location

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. A lot of amenities provided. Pool and hot tub right outside the back patio which was perfect. We were only ones in the pool/hot tub area most the time. Communication with the owner was great. Had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately.

Best place we've stayed in Paradise Valley

We visit this area several times a year. This rental was without a doubt the nicest one we have stayed in. It was spotless when we arrived. The hosts even had the faux fireplace on to welcome us. Easy walkout ro the pool was a nice benefit. There were many small but very nice touches. Outlets galore! Great lighting in the bathrooms. Soft linens and towels. Fresh Brita water and coffee. Too many more amenities to list. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! When I first arrived at the condo, it was rather warm inside. I gave the AC some time and when it didn’t cool down, I contacted Jess via text. She responded immediately, we did some trial and error, and ultimately she ended up coming to the condo and installed a window unit to get us through the night which was perfect! The AC unit was repaired the next day, and we didn’t have any more problems. The condo is in a prime location, near lots of food options and shopping. The area felt safe and secluded. It’s an easy trip to Mayo, which was the purpose of our visit, and the condo was a comfortable place to recover after surgery. The unit was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again! Thanks again, Jess!!
