Our house has been fully remodeled from top to bottom, it's chic & modern, with a Grecian design element in every detail. Relax in our brand new pool, with a huge baja shelf where you can lay out in the sun while staying cool in the water. Our outdoor space features a large patio with misters, where you & your party can BBQ & lounge, plus a large turf area with sun lounge chairs & games! We aim to give you a five-star hotel-like experience, with the best amenities, and a five-star cleaning!

Our home offers space to spread out and enjoy your stay with your entire group. If you’re looking to relax, have some fun, or create lasting memories with your people, our home is the ideal place for you. It’s a short drive to upscale eateries, buzzing nightlife, and high-end boutiques in the lively Old Town Scottsdale! It’s also a golfer's Paradise, as it is close to nearly 200 golf courses!

The Space:
This unique space has an open layout of the interior living spaces. It welcomes you with a large, collapsible glass door, creating a seamless transition between inside and out, and an indoor-outdoor living experience. Perfect for enjoying the company of your family and friends in a gorgeous setting, with dozens of amenities.

Living Room:
There’s a cozy living room that features a large 65” TV, all the best board games, and a karaoke machine with two mics.

Kitchen:
Cook a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, and a sprawling kitchen island bar. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the combo Keurig and drip coffee maker, stocked with k-cups to get you started. This home has a full kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials. You are sure to find your inner chef while on vacation in this one-of-a-kind home in Scottsdale.

Dining room:
The dining room is outfitted with 6 chairs and if you need more, you can easily take a couple of stools from the kitchen and mix them in.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms with beautifully designed walls of tile. Refresh after a day of outdoor adventures and wake to a refreshing shower or bath (bathtub in the shared bathroom). Please enjoy the included hair dryer and fluffy towels for your use along with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bedrooms:
Four cozy, chic bedrooms with plush mattresses and hotel bedding. Each has the look and feel of an upscale boutique hotel to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 1: The ensuite with a King bed has a full standing shower with spa-like features.

Backyard:
You’re not coming to Scottsdale to stay indoors. From the kitchen, enter into the large, covered patio featuring cooling misters, and couches that offer group seating for 8, plus 2 loungers in the pool and 4 loungers above ground for chilling and soaking in the sun. Our newly built pool features a huge baja shelf where you can bask in the sun while staying cool (can be heated in the winter), or jump on one of the fun floaties. Go for a swim in the deeper side that ranges from 3 to 5 ft deep. If you want to warm up, hop in the 6-person jacuzzi with adjustable jets and lights (not available June - Aug). There are two turfed areas perfect for showing your skills in outdoor games such as bag tossing, axe / ninja star throwing, or connect 4. Misters stretch across the patio for cooling down the space in the hot summer months.

Professionals care for the pool and landscaping weekly.

Laundry:
You can find the laundry convenient located behind a sliding door in the dining room. We provide laundry detergent for your stay.

Parking:
Our guests have use of the driveway that fits 4 cars, 2 of which is covered parking. There is additional uncovered guest parking on the street.

Guest Access:
During your stay, the home is all yours. Our check-in process is easy with a keyless Smartlock. Make yourself at home! A few days before check-in, guests will receive a unique code to unlock the property. There is no pool fence up, but we do have one that you can request, and we can give you directions to put it up, which is a pretty easy process. Regardless, please practice caution with children around the pool.
Every Thursday morning the pool is cleaned by our pool service. If your stay falls on a Thursday or Sunday, we asked that you please take the trash/recycling can out to the street, and bring it back in the next day.

EARLY CHECK IN?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.
