Welcome to Saguaro Sanctuary! Situated on a premium corner lot, this single-level home offers exquisite designer touches throughout. This home is meticulously maintained and filled with natural light The backyard greets you with a pristine heated pool (October - May with NO additional cost to heat), plentiful seating for dining, lounging, gas BBQ and a wood firepit. With only single story neighbors adjacent, you'll have plenty of privacy to enjoy the pool in peaceful surroundings.
Home includes a water softener and RO drinking water!

Nestled in to a quiet suburban neighborhood, this home is well suited to host longer stays for relocating families and snowbirds alike. We look forward to having you!
