The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant trip. Our host was helpful and quick with response. Place wasn't far from anywhere we visited!
The location was great. Very convenient for everything that we were doing. The condo was nicely appointed and very well equipped both in terms of facilities and supplies. Beds were harder than we're used to but I know a lot of people like a hard bed. We would stay here again in the future.
This was the best property that we have stayed at with attention to details on both advertised and unexpected additional amenities. Recycling was easy as was access to pool.

Really liked the location as it was close to everything, shopping, college, etc. The property was comfortable and easy to work with. The owner, Frank is a great guy!
This is a fairly comfortable home with a lovely kitchen and very nice bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the highway made it quite noisy especially in the back bedroom.
Clean and comfortable place for people and pets. Great proximity to campus for graduations, move in/move out days, family weekend etc. quiet and safe with all the amenities. Great stay! Thanks!
We enjoyed our stay and your property was centrally located for our meetings with family and friends in the area. It was clean and pet friendly. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive.
Great and comfortable place to relax and feel like home. Host was responsive to our concerns and accommodating to late check in time. Would gladly stay again.
My wife and I stayed here for 30 days. Place is as described and the owner, Frank, is easy to work with. We did not have any issues. A park is nearby so easy to walk our dog without being on the street. Lots of people at park in the early evenings. Would stay here again.
Floor plan was great, nice townhouse. Frank was helpful replacing the remote control. Only negative was the bathroom and kitchen floors were not cleaned. Countertops not wiped down. Suggest Frank gets a new housekeeper. Everything else was good.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable, sitting area is large and main shower was excellent. Unit is right beside highway so access is very convenient for travel but noise is a factor. A beautiful large park is within 1 block.
Frank was very communicative and responsive. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but he seems like the type that would have taken care of them if we did.There was lots of extra bedding which was awesome because we did utilize the pull out couch. There was also plenty of cleanliness products in case you forgot something. Surprisingly, there was also a shaded, enclosed patio in the back! We loved that!My only gripe is the place isn't as bright as in the photos; it could do with some bright white kitchen lights. But that's entirely subjective and a first world problem lol. I'd definitely recommend staying if you're looking for a good spot in the area with plenty of sleep space!
Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.
In Phoenix for Spring Training baseball with my son. 2 bed/2 bath was perfect. Nice kitchens although we used it very sparingly. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.
