Community is steps from Stone Creek Golf Course! Shopping is close by. A quiet 3rd floor unit with an open floor plan, private rooftop feel deck. Community features well manicured grounds, heated pool/hot tub and plenty BBQ stations. The complex is very quiet and well-maintained, keep in mind there is no elevator. Great location and host. Cannot beat the location. Nice balcony (great umbrella there...can get hot...lol). Thoughtfully appointed with great internet and TV as well as discount tokens for local businesses.

Well appointed unit and convenient location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, conveniently located and within walking distance of groceries (Whole Foods/Trader Joe's) and local eateries. The pool was lovely and the neighbors very friendly. We rented an electric car which required use of a charging station just south of us (also within walking distance) near the Torchy's Taco place.

Scottsdale gem

We were very pleased with the condo. We've spent a number of winters in Scottsdale and agreed that this was one of the very best condos we've rented. It was a great location with shopping in walking distance and was right on a golf course with a great walking path. Rick was very responsive to any questions. We really couldn't have asked for more.

The condo was clean. Everything worked just fine. Rick was available if needed and very prompt with a response. The veranda in the A.M. is a great place to take in the morning coffee and newspaper. The pool and hot tub were both great. My wife enjoyed some long walk on the adjacent path of the golf course. All in all, a great stay. Trader Joes and Whole foods right across the street. Nice restaurants very close. Thanks so much, Rick!

Great Place and Manager

Rick is a great communicator, easy to work with, very informative. Excellent unit. Very clean, quiet complex, bear many great restaurants and shopping.. Easy access to/from airport, roads, and Phx. metro area. I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom in PV

Clean modern two bedroom condo in Paradise Valley. A spacious unit with comfortable furniture and private patio for relaxing in the sun. There are a couple grocery stores and many restaurants available within walking distance. Rick is awesome, providing all the details needed to have a trouble free stay. Do prepare to haul your luggage up to the 3rd level of the complex. The only negative is there can be some noise. I easily and often heard "Fundgie" barking, the neighbor's dog, as well as, hammering in the connecting unit. Overall, a wonderful unit and location with great amenities.

Comfortable stay- great location!

We enjoyed our month long stay at Stone Creek condos. Rick was available if we had questions and kept us abreast of any notices put out by the building. He was fantastic to work with. There is a nice walking trail that runs in front of the building as an extra bonus.
