Roomy 3 Bed 2.5 Bath Townhouse Close GCU
3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse for rent fully furnished all utilities included! Within 5 minutes from GCU.
The two guest rooms have Queen beds, dresser and night stand in each room plus a closet. The master bedroom has a closet bathroom, King bed, dresser and nightstand. Locks are on the doors to allow you to share place with others and providing privacy using a key for each room (if requested). All bedrooms are upstairs in the townhouse.
There is a living room with couch and seating area smart tv with all of the streaming services available. Additionally in common area is dining set and full kitchen, there are two full fridges that can be used as well. All the common areas are downstairs include the half bath.
There is also a patio that has a seating area and a grill.
All utilities are included in pricing with Cox Internet. There is a community pool you will have access to when it is open which is from about May to September each year.
