Brand new home located at Trilogy in Verde River near the Tonto National Forest with stunning mountain range views. This home has a fantastic location for golfing, hiking and many other amenities. It is located on the 2nd hole of Tonto Verde Golf Club, offering unparalleled views of the hole and the mountains. Being at the end of the cul-de-sac, you will have access to many different walking paths around the community. This prestigious gated community allows for many amenities, including a community swimming pool with a pool bar, a separate lap pool, fitness facility, day spa and a fully licensed restaurant. Trilogy also has bikes and kayaks available for rent. The community is only a short drive away from shopping centres and fine-dining restaurants. If you need a vehicle during your stay we have a SUV available for a rental fee. 30 day lease required.

Rio Verde stay

Outstanding experience at this property. House had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, outstanding views. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Beautiful Scottsdale escape!

This home is a bit far away from the hustle and bustle, and that’s why you should stay there! Beautiful stars, howling coyotes at night, friendly neighbors all around are just a few of the many reasons we enjoyed this beautiful home. Easy to pop into town but really nice to grt out of it also!
