Excellent home in quiet, scenic neighborhood

Matt, the owner, was very accommodating and provided everything we needed. The home is as advertised-well stocked & well designed. The outdoor areas are superb. We are planning to return next year. Thanks Matt for being a good host.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was perfect. Matt is an incredible host and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were anxious to get away from frigid temps and were looking forward to relaxing in the sun and swimming. The heated pool was perfect, landscape is beautiful and the mountain/desert views are exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful View Along with Peace and Quiet

This is a very nice and clean home with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding Place to Stay!

This was the best VRBO house we have stayed in from Oregon, to Cali to Texas to Arizona. Wonderful view, extemely comfortable and an Outstanding host in Matt! We hope to come back soon and often!!! It is a groovy place to stay!!!

This home is wonderful. Everything is soooo clean and updated beautifully. The house is actually much more spacious than it appears in the photos. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very Enjoyable Home

This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temprapedic mattresses.

Wonderful stay

The property is just as advertised. The views are even better in person. The accommodations had everything we needed. The location is great. It was very easy for us to get to Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Beautiful scenery along the way. It is a very nice city. Quiet and beautiful. Plenty of grocery stores, etc. We stayed at the start of the COVID-19 restrictions, but we were still able to golf and find what we needed. Having to stay put was not a problem as the house is very nice and the outdoor areas very private and breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to stay again in the future. Matt was very easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

Fountain Hills Gem

This is our second stay at Matt's beautiful home in Fountain Hills. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket filled with all sorts of treats which was so thoughtful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well outfitted and stocked with some basics to get you going. Bedrooms are comfortable and living area has loads of room to play board games, puzzle or just relax and watch some sports or watch a movie or take a spin on the bike! The house has a lovely pool and backyard where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets while enjoying the peaceful and incredibly quiet neighborhood. You are close to the Fountain Hills town center, shopping, restaurants, and some nice hiking trails. Did I mention the cleanliness and neatness of the house? It really feels like a home away from home. Matt is a wonderful host and he always available if you need him. We are looking forward to our visit next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fountain Hills getaway

Absolutely love this property. Spacious home with pool and views in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Where to start.....well, communication with the host was clear and timely. We had no problems finding the house or accessing. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay; the kitchen lacks nothing if you care to cook at home- which we did. I only wish we could have stayed longer so I could have made a cake for us to enjoy- or cookies for that matter- both could have been baked easily. BBQ available and the pool was enjoyed by all. Late October brings nice warm days and cooler evenings. Every bedroom was comfortable with extra linens/towels/blankets/pillows if needed. We love the location. Close to the town of Fountain Hills but also a short drove to Scottsdale and Phoenix. TV, Peloton bike, games all available. I would say that this is a place will keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for opening your home to us; your hospitality was much appreciated.

Fountain Hills - May 2025

Enjoyed a 1 week stay with our crew of 5. Excellent weather.Property offered plenty of space and tranquility for an enjoyable Stay.Communication with the owner was super-timely and helpful. Check-in was as easy as it comes. Property was stocked well with proper cooking tools and some varied ingredients from past renters.The griddle and grill were both very nice to have for home meals.The pool offered a great setting to relax and look out over a sizeable natural landscape. Saw a coyote daily through the mornings scouting about.Bedrooms were all comfortable and well-appointed. Bathrooms were stocked well and clean.Fountain Hills has plenty of options for food and activity. You are 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 25 minutes from the east Valley for other choices. The views are hard to beat with Four Peaks right out the front door, Red Mountain off to the right, and the McDowells out the back. Hiking at Adero Canyon (15 minutes away) was really nice. Fountain Hills is pretty walkable to the business area near the fountain and we did that 3 or 4 times. 30 minutes each way, but hilly.We had a great experience and Matt's property was a great selection for us.

Girls Trip!

This was our second time coming to Desert Breeze and it was a great experience. The host is super communicative and worked with us on some unexpected rebooking needs that was much appreciated. The house is beautiful, big and meets all the needs you could possibly have. The pool area is perfect for simply being about to be outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location of the property is great as well and we were easily able to access activities (hikes, spa, shopping, river) easily from its central location. Highly recommend this property for a visit!

What a spot!

The photos just don’t capture the stunning views! So private and peaceful in an upscale neighborhood we'd never been to. Amazing location and views! So private and peaceful! The pool was the big reason we wanted to stay here. It has a zero gravity swing with the mountain view’s… fantastic! Inside, the place was so comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything we needed. And Matt, the owner, was super easy and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back!

Wonderful host and wonderful house

We had a great stay. Matt, the owner, was a wonderful host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was on top of everything, and extra accommodating when he didn't have to be. He was the best! The house was very clean. The pool and pool area were great! Beautiful views and private. Location is great, close to everything in Fountain Hills and easy drive to Scottsdale/Phoenix/airport. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the future! Thanks Matt!

Amazing Home!

We loved this property! The house has everything you need and the pool area was beautiful! We spent every afternoon relaxing in and by the pool. It's very quiet as the neighbors are a good distance away so the pool area is very private. At night we enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the very comfortable family room.Matt was super easy to communicate with and would answer any questions very quickly. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Amazing!!!

Majestic mountain views. Lovely home. Mattresses were very comfortable. Pool was great. Grandson never wanted to come out of the water.Very quiet nrighborhood!! I would not hesitate to rent this home again.The best part of our vacation was the host. Always available and so accommodating.5 stars for us!!!!
