2 Bed Pool View Paradise in Desert Ridge w/ Garage

Welcome to the La Verne condo community in Desert Ridge. If you are looking for a peaceful extended stay close to everything the Phoenix area has to offer, this is for you. Rental is for 90+ days. Contact us for more info.

This spacious 2 bed 2 bath second level home is about 1250 sq ft. with serene pool views from every room. It includes an attached 1 car garage.

The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There is wifi internet through out and a smart tv in the main living room for streaming. The tvs in the bedrooms have dvd players attached.

The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, a reading nook overlooking the pool, a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, plus a separate shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom.
The main living and bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Some of the property amenities include: a luxury clubhouse with pool tables, an exercise room, formal dining room, and a movie theatre. There are two pools with separate jacuzzi hot tubs.
The location is near the Desert Ridge shopping Center, with many of your favorite shops and a variety of restaurants. You also have easy access to freeways and close to: Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale Old Town, sporting events, hiking, golfing, etc.

Desert Ridge Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay in Scottsdale. Property was just as described. Centrally located near shopping, hiking and golf. Property was stocked with all the supplies we needed. Definitely a 5 star review.
