The guest has access to the entire house and pool area, including 2 car garage

We will not be available in person, but we will be available via the AirBnB app 8am-9pm

We have a self-check-in process and keyless entry for both the house and the garage. Detailed check-in instructions which include the access codes will be sent the night prior to check-in.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.

PLEASE NOTE that weekly routine pool cleaners come by every week to keep the pool looking great and safe for families to enjoy. He typically comes by on `TUESDAY` so we ask that you be aware of this as he may be on the property. He will only ever be outside of the course and for less than an hour. *If you do not wish to have the pool cleaner come by during your stay please notify us before your check-in*

PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST any of the pool settings and reach out to the host with any pool issues.

*Please read our pool liability waiver, and respond with your first and last name. We will treat this as your signature and confirmation that you agree to the waiver form.

NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the cops if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called, there will be a $750 fine

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME

NO SHOES: help us keep the nice carpet in good shape by removing shoes while inside, please
