Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with local noise restrictions after 10:00 PM. The PV police will come by if this rule is broken.
Enjoy the pool but please keep gates closed as we have a small dog that has access to the pool area. He's super friendly, mostly deaf and older.
If you need anything during your stay, let us know and we will do our best to get it taken care of promptly.

Fantastic location, beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Lovely apartment (squeaky clean!) with delightful private patio for morning coffee and evening wine. The views from the pool are gorgeous! The unit was equipped with all the extras that make a stay more comfortable. Sandi is just a lovely host - easy to communicate with, warm and inviting without being intrusive. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We could not have picked a better spot! From our arrival to departure, communication and directions given were clear and timely. The living space is quiet, inviting, and very comfortable, with everything you need from organic creamer in the fridge to microfiber makeup cloths. The location is outstanding - only 10 minutes to Camelback trailheads, and basically everything else. The hosts did everything possible to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will be back!

Best stay ever!! We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and Sandi made it incredibly special. We communicated ahead of time about a separate “romance package” haha and she really delivered! Tons of thoughtful details that made the stay feel luxurious and like we were VIPS - high quality toilet paper/foil (didn’t think I cared so much but it was so nice!), drink varieties already stocked in fridge, Mayo/mustard/ketchup (we always forget these at the store lol), and many many more. Super clean, quick communicators, and very accommodating! 10/10!
