- Parking on the street overnight is prohibited
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets: Subject to approval before booking. $100 per pet fee and $300 pet deposit. Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighbouring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
