Visitors with a sense of style will love this swanky, upscale and beautifully renovated two bedroom two bath townhome superbly located in the heart of North Phoenix. The two level townhome boasts a light open and airy feeling with tons of artwork from around the world, a wood fireplace and full washer and dryer. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have and a large, smart flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, comfy linens and soft pillows. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully-stocked with additional small appliances and cooking utensils for whipping up a home cooked meal including plenty of glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. I highly recommend this property, great location, nice neighborhood, very clean and looks just like the pictures. Communication with the owner/property manager throughout was stellar. We could not have been happier with our stay and would stay here again while visiting Phoenix.

Personal preferences came to play in rating

We liked the look, hoped for the best. Had the basics we needed for a two week stay over the holidays. Lovely patio, lots of sun light inside the unit. A challenge for football game viewing mid day but unit faces South so great light. Clean. What didn't work...kitchen items a mess. Felt like a collection of rejects or thrift sale purchases - cooking pots lacked size options, jumble to pull out to find best/worst options. Great selection of wine, martini, shot glasses but 2 water size glasses - we're a family of water drinkers. Then the lack of hot water in bathroom sinks. Told it was poor building design..for a 1983 built townhouse? Could run water for long time and get a bit of warm water - waste of water. Showers and kitchen sink - plumbed opposite normal. A plumbing family...sorry but truly a daily rub. Figured out bed situation after a rough first night - lots of gadgets to learn. The foot of the bed in master bedroom was raised but we didn't find info in book; happened to discover another power supply leading us to seek another remote; solved that by investigation. Just a lot of things we've never faced renting before.Nice washer/dryer; various cleaning supplies available; outdoor hot tub was heated and helpful. Location decent for accessing various stores, restaurants (Biscuits Cafe a fav) and highways to get around the metropolitan area. Reasonably quiet unit; friendly neighbors. Well maintained grounds. Decent parking for family.

We had a great 9 week stay in this lovely townhouse. The amenities are top notch! A well stocked kitchen with quality cooking utensils, large refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, as well as large capacity washer and dryer makes a long stay practically effortless. Large windows let in great light that keep the spirits so positive. Both bathrooms are large and well appointed. The townhouse was clean and in good repair. The surroundings are quiet and serene. The pool is large as is the hot tub and never crowded. All the stores and restaurants you need are within a two mile radius. There is no "big city" feeling but everything you need is close by. This townhouse is a great place to stay for a long period of time or shorter stays. It has everything!
