This single level oasis features state of the art amenities, stylish interior, and several outdoor spaces. Marvel at the beauty of the Sonoran Desert soak up sun on our porch, or unwind with pickleball/basketball. The house is easily accessible for anyone with a stair free layout that is level to the parking area and backyard. This makes the house a great place for grandparents and toddlers to visit.

The brand-new chef's kitchen features waterfall quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line Café appliances, creating both beauty and functionality for everyday living and entertaining. The thoughtfully designed floor plan offers private guest quarters, ideal for extended family, visitors, or a dedicated work-from-home suite. An oversized entertainment provides the ultimate space for movie nights or game days. The six-car garage is perfect for car enthusiasts visiting Barrett Jackson.

Outdoors, the backyard is currently being transformed featuring a newly refinished pool, expansive patios, outdoor kitchen, sports court with basketball hoop and pickleball net, and ample space that together create a resort-like experience.

When possible, we can accommodate early check and late check out. There is a $200 fee for each to cover scheduling of our cleaning and maintenance teams.

The home is newly renovated with new systems and appliances. Although issues may come up during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix anything amiss in a timely fashion.

This home is just beautiful! It's high design and everything is brand new. I appreciated the luxury mattresses - we all slept very well. The pool was salt water and gorgeous. We loved the hot tub that is enormous. We played pickle ball at night and the kids really enjoyed having so much space. Swanky neighborhood! It was super clean and better than the photos - we'll be back for certain.
