28 day minimum rental - Enjoy this amazing newly renovated home in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood, just 1.5 miles away from Old Town Scottsdale. With a wide-open floor plan and spacious backyard, with fenced in pool. This house is fully furnished with everything you need including high speed wifi!
Large TV's! Dining table seats 6. Breakfast bar seats 4. Laundry with full washer/dryer. Large Backyard with, BBQ, pool, chairs and a gas table fire pit. Uber is 3 minutes to Old Town
The property is fully furnished and well appointed.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, silverware, both Nespresso machine and drip coffee makers, a Ninja blender, etc.
There is a two car garage with an exceptional amount of storage.
For the little ones, there is a large gated fence to serve as a gated barrier to the pool to keep the kids safe.
Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, patio, two garage locations and the two car driveway.

- NO GLASS IN OR BY THE POOL. Any broken glass in or around the pool area will occur a $500 pool cleaning fee.
