Welcome to Chateau On Michigan Ave. Our three-bedroom, two-bath home is newly renovated in North Phoenix. Our modern yet cozy newly renovated house is your perfect home away from home. Step into the large, beautiful backyard, where you'll find the fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. For those who love outdoor games, we've set up a cornhole area, adding fun to your stay. Inside you'll be greeted by a sleek and modern kitchen. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in our inviting bedrooms, with one King bed in the Primary bedroom and two Queen beds in the additional rooms. Excellent rest without disturbance, completely modern and enjoyable location

This was an excellent place to stay. I never rested so well the bed was super comfortable and I hope to come there again very modern very clean very updated. Just an excellent deal and an excellent location.

Great place to stay!

This property was great for a relaxing weekend with friends. The beds were super comfortable and the house had plenty of space to relax. Communication was fast and easy with the host as well. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Great home for our family

We stayed for a long weekend for a baseball tournament. The home was 15 minutes to the sports facility and a great place to come back to after the games. The communication was great and the house was comfortable, with everything we needed. Appreciated that there were laundry pods available to us - other places had washing machines but no detergent which is a bummer when you have uniforms to wash.

Spring Training Vacation

This is a nice property. Very clean. We had chilly weather and it took a day to warm the house up. The backyard looked wonderful but it wasn't warm enough to enjoy it. Could use some extra blankets to snuggle in with at night. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was great for going to the stadiums. Very close to grocery store and fast food. Found a nice diner very close. Would stay here again.
